Price
For Mercedes S klasa we do not quote a major-service price up front for every version — we first establish the timing-drive type and what the factory maintenance plan prescribes for that engine. The figure depends on:
- Type of timing drive — with a timing belt, the timing kit is included once it is due; with a timing chain, the chain, guides and tensioner are replaced only when an inspection or the service plan calls for it.
- Contents of the timing kit — on some engines this is only the belt and the tensioner, on others it also covers guides, idler pulleys and the additional hardware prescribed for that version.
- Water pump and coolant — we recommend doing the pump together with the timing drive when the same belt drives it, so the labour is not paid twice. In that case the coolant is charged as well.
- Auxiliary drive — the serpentine belt, tensioner and idlers are included when they are due under the plan, or when their condition shows they will not last the new interval.
- Ancillary materials — gaskets and single-use bolts are charged only when the factory procedure for that version requires them.
- Labour time — work is charged at our current workshop hourly rate; the time depends on the design of the timing drive and on access on the particular car.
Engine oil and the service filters are not automatically part of a major service — they are included when the regular service is carried out at the same time, which is usually also the most cost-effective option.

The cost of a minor service depends on the specific vehicle model, year of manufacture, and the chosen type of engine oil and filters. We provide approximate prices as soon as you send us the vehicle’s VIN number and model.
A minor service typically includes: engine oil replacement, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter, and inspection of key systems (brakes, suspension, battery). No hidden costs — you receive everything in a written estimate before we begin work.
A major service for your vehicle usually takes one business day. In most cases, you can pick up your car the same afternoon, unless additional faults are found that require ordering parts.
A major service includes everything in a minor service, plus: transmission and differential oil replacement, power steering fluid, a complete inspection of the suspension, engine compression check, diagnostics of all controllers, and a brake system inspection.
We use original parts (OE) and high-quality equivalents from leading European suppliers (Bosch, Valeo, Mahle, LuK, Sachs, Gates) that have an OEM certificate for your vehicle platform.
Before any repair, you receive a clear estimate specifying which part comes from which production line, along with a written warranty for each installed component.
You can schedule an appointment in three ways: by phone (the number is in the header and footer of the website), via Viber/WhatsApp message, or through the contact form on the website. The most efficient way is to include the vehicle’s VIN number, year of manufacture, and a brief description of the issue in your first message — this way, we can provide a proposed appointment and an approximate price on the same day.
All performed work and installed parts come with a written 12-month warranty. The warranty covers both materials and labor — if a problem related to the performed service occurs within this period, we will fix it at no additional cost.
Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the vehicle, and we resolve them as quickly as possible.
A replacement vehicle is provided by agreement, usually for major services that take longer than one business day or in situations when we are waiting for parts to be delivered from abroad. For minor interventions, we provide transportation to the nearest bus/MTS station, or clients use their own arrangements.
