The cost of a minor service depends on the specific vehicle model, year of manufacture, and the chosen type of engine oil and filters. We provide approximate prices as soon as you send us the vehicle’s VIN number and model.
A minor service typically includes: engine oil replacement, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter, and inspection of key systems (brakes, suspension, battery). No hidden costs — you receive everything in a written estimate before we begin work.
A major service for your vehicle usually takes one business day. In most cases, you can pick up your car the same afternoon, unless additional faults are found that require ordering parts.
A major service includes everything in a minor service, plus: transmission and differential oil replacement, power steering fluid, a complete inspection of the suspension, engine compression check, diagnostics of all controllers, and a brake system inspection.
We use original parts (OE) and high-quality equivalents from leading European suppliers (Bosch, Valeo, Mahle, LuK, Sachs, Gates) that have an OEM certificate for your vehicle platform.
Before any repair, you receive a clear estimate specifying which part comes from which production line, along with a written warranty for each installed component.
You can schedule an appointment in three ways: by phone (the number is in the header and footer of the website), via Viber/WhatsApp message, or through the contact form on the website. The most efficient way is to include the vehicle’s VIN number, year of manufacture, and a brief description of the issue in your first message — this way, we can provide a proposed appointment and an approximate price on the same day.
All performed work and installed parts come with a written 12-month warranty. The warranty covers both materials and labor — if a problem related to the performed service occurs within this period, we will fix it at no additional cost.
Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the vehicle, and we resolve them as quickly as possible.
A replacement vehicle is provided by agreement, usually for major services that take longer than one business day or in situations when we are waiting for parts to be delivered from abroad. For minor interventions, we provide transportation to the nearest bus/MTS station, or clients use their own arrangements.
